We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Our goal is to ship your order within 48-72 hours of purchase. If for any reason there’s a delay, our team will communicate directly with you to keep you informed every step of the way.
We do not offer preorders — every product listed on our site is in stock and ready to ship. What you see is what we have in inventory, ensuring transparency and a smooth shopping experience.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns and Exchanges
At Justice Culture, every piece is crafted with intention and care — designed to deliver balance, comfort, and confidence. Because each drop is released in limited quantities and made with purpose, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, but we’ll gladly exchange your item for store credit or a different size (if available) within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Free of any stains, fragrances, or damage
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges or returns unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
